Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original form.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within this timeframe.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Initiate a Request
Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to glamazonhub8@gmail.com.
Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide clear photographs highlighting the issue to help speed up the process.
Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.
We reserve the right to decline any return requests that do not comply with the stated guidelines.
Refund Process & Timeline
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Partial Refund Guidelines
If an item only partially meets the return conditions, such as cases involving minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us address the matter promptly.
